A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada de forma conjunta pela 8\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Capital e pela Delegacia Especializada no Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (DEAM) de Macap\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no bairro A\u00e7a\u00ed, na zona norte da capital. O mandado cumprido integra a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCaminhos Seguros\u201d, voltada ao combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do delegado Dante Facchinetti, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram conduzidas pela Delegacia Especializada em Repress\u00e3o a Crimes contra a Crian\u00e7a e Adolescente (DERCCA). O crime aconteceu em junho de 2024, dentro de uma resid\u00eancia em Macap\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a apura\u00e7\u00e3o policial, o condenado aproveitou um momento em que estava sozinho com a v\u00edtima \u2014 uma crian\u00e7a autista de 5 anos \u2014 para praticar atos libidinosos.
