A opera\u00e7\u00e3o cumpre sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Macap\u00e1 e Mazag\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s comunica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre poss\u00edveis irregularidades em contratos de cr\u00e9dito consignado. Conforme os levantamentos da Pol\u00edcia Federal, servidores p\u00fablicos que n\u00e3o possu\u00edam margem consign\u00e1vel dispon\u00edvel estariam sendo abordados por intermedi\u00e1rios que ofereciam a chamada libera\u00e7\u00e3o de margem, mediante o pagamento de um percentual sobre os valores dos novos empr\u00e9stimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O esquema investigado consistiria na exclus\u00e3o ou desaverba\u00e7\u00e3o indevida de contratos ativos nos sistemas de consigna\u00e7\u00e3o. Com esse procedimento, seria criado um espa\u00e7o artificial para permitir a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de novas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito, mesmo quando os servidores n\u00e3o dispunham de margem suficiente para assumir novos compromissos financeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pr\u00e1tica, caso confirmada, pode representar irregularidades nos sistemas de controle dos empr\u00e9stimos consignados e causar preju\u00edzos aos servidores envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em andamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Margem Zero busca reunir elementos que permitam esclarecer como funcionava o suposto esquema, identificar os envolvidos e verificar a extens\u00e3o das poss\u00edveis fraudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e9 o momento, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas apontam para uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em andamento.
